ACH Annual Originator Training
This training document is for seasoned ACH Originators. It includes ACH origination reminders including the types of entries commonly originated, pre-notifications, common return reasons, notification of change, exposure limits, reinitiation of return entries and more.

ACH Risk Assessment Template
This template is intended to be used as a guide for developing the bank’s ACH Risk Assessment. Information contained in this template is based on Nacha Operating Rules & Guidelines but should be customized based on the most recent guidance and regulatory requirements. This document includes separate worksheets for various risks such as fraud, operational, credit, legal/compliance, reputation, strategic, etc., with a summary page to reflect the bank’s overall ACH risk. Cost $300 each.
Beneficial Ownership Manual
This manual provides key definitions, regulatory requirements related to collecting, verifying identity, and retention of beneficial ownership information as well as requirements and triggers for updating this information. Cost $100 each.
Consumer Handbook on Adjustable-Rate Mortgages (CHARM) booklet

HMDA Manual
This printed-and-bound manual covers the regulatory and statutory considerations for banks subject to the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA). The materials contain institutional and transaction coverage requirements and exclusions, reportable activity, applicant demographic data collection, and details related to specific data points. The manual also includes information related to disclosure and reporting of HMDA data and other helpful resources. Cost $100 each.
Home Loan Tool Kit
Information booklet provided within three business days of application containing information related to the purchase of a consumer’s primary residence including how much the borrower can afford, questions to ask the lender, and features worksheets and checklists to fill out during the home buying process. Iowa Deposit Documentation Manual
This printed and bound manual covers the regulatory and statutory considerations for opening consumer and commercial deposit accounts. The materials contain summaries and analysis of Iowa banking law and federal regulations and includes reference materials and other articles to assist banks in developing their account opening procedures. Cost $100 each.
Safe Deposit Box Manual
This document provides state law requirements for opening, maintaining and closing safe deposit boxes. Cost $100 each.
TRID Manual
This printed-and-bound manual contains a detailed summary of the final rule, addressing the scope of the rule, disclosure timing requirements, when redisclosure is permitted and required, as well as a section-by-section instructions for completing the Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure. The manual also contains example disclosures for a fixed rate and balloon payment loan product. Cost $100 each.
What You Should Know about Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOC) booklet
Information booklet provided at time of application to assist consumers in understanding the terms and costs related to a home equity line of credit plan when their home is used as collateral. Booklet is required by Reg. Z. Price varies based on quantity, see order form for details.
Written Statement of Unauthorized Debit (WSUD)
This fillable PDF document can be completed for bank customers who identify unauthorized, ineligible or improper debits or debits for which authorization has been revoked in their accounts to initiate the process of reversing the entry. Cost $50 each.
